Masoud Barzani arrives in Şırnak
Iraqi Kurdistan Democratic Party leader Masoud Barzani has arrived in Turkey to attend the '4th International Melaye Ciziri Symposium' held in Cizre.

The '4th International Melaye Ciziri Symposium', organized by Şırnak University in Cizre, began with an opening ceremony held yesterday. On the second day of the event, KDP leader Masoud Barzani, who attended as a guest, entered Turkey through the Habur Border Gate in Silopi.
After being welcomed by Şırnak Governor Birol Ekici, Silopi District Governor Çağlar Partal, and district mayors, Barzani traveled to Cizre, where the symposium is being held. Security measures were increased along the routes taken by Barzani's convoy. The symposium is being held in a hotel conference hall in cooperation with the Şırnak Governorship, Şırnak University, and the Cizre District Governorship.
