Mehmet Aslan appointed as IYI Party Deputy Chairman

In line with new appointment decisions within the IYI Party, Mehmet Aslan has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman responsible for Culture, Arts, and Youth Policies.

The IYI Party has announced one of its significant internal appointment decisions. Mehmet Aslan, who previously served as the Chief Advisor to the Chairman responsible for Youth Organization, has been appointed by Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu as the Deputy Chairman responsible for Culture, Arts, and Youth Policies.

Aslan previously served as a member of the General Administrative Board (GİK) and as the Chief Advisor to the Chairman responsible for Youth Organization within the IYI Party. His new role was assigned with the goal of further strengthening the party's efforts regarding youth and cultural policies.

Announcing the appointment decision, IYI Party Deputy Chairman and Bursa MP Hasan Toktaş stated in a post on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter): "I congratulate my brother Mehmet Aslan, who has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman responsible for Culture, Arts, and Youth Policies of the IYI Party with the approval of our Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu, and wish him success. May the Almighty make our difficult task easy."
