Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş and IYI Party Founding Chair Meral Akşener served as wedding witnesses at the wedding of the daughter of Sedat Aksakallı, a former executive of the IYI Party.

Meral Akşener, who stepped down as IYI Party Chair after the March 31 Local Elections and recently visited AKP Chair and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, was spotted this time at the wedding of Sedat Aksakallı, one of the former executives of the IYI Party.

Among those attending the wedding were Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş, Keçiören Mayor Mesut Özarslan, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, and former AKP ministers Recep Akdağ and Taner Yıldız.

Yavaş and Akşener were among the wedding witnesses.

Sharing a photo from the wedding, journalist İsmail Saymaz stated, “Meral Akşener was one of the wedding witnesses this evening at the wedding of the daughter of Sedat Aksakallı, a former executive of the IYI Party. Mansur Yavaş, who was also among the witnesses, does not look very pleased with the situation.”
