Nefes newspaper columnist Aytunç Erkin shared the details of his meeting with Akşener with the public on the program "Eşit Ağırlık" (Equal Weight) hosted by Erdoğan Aktaş. Erkin relayed the answer Akşener gave to the question of whether she would return to active politics.

"I AM NOT CONSIDERING ENTERING POLITICS"

According to Erkin, Akşener expressed with clear statements that she has no intention of returning to politics. It was stated that when asked, "Are you considering returning to politics?" Akşener replied, "No, I have no such concern or desire."

It was also stated that Akşener shared her expectations regarding the İYİ Party. Expressing that she desires her party to be in a strong position, it was reported that Akşener said, "I want the İYİ Party to be in good places. I want the İYİ Party to strengthen and produce good policies."
