Message on the process from Bahçeli: We are thinking of future generations

MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, in a message sent to his party's 15th Ordinary Congress of the Ankara Provincial Presidency, made evaluations regarding the process being carried out under the title of a "Terror-Free Turkey." Bahçeli's message was read at the congress held at the Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO) Congress and Exhibition Center.

Arguing that the MHP acts on a line that "does not surrender to daily political calculations," Bahçeli stated, "We took initiative when necessary, but we did not put the survival of the Republic of Turkey and the future of the Turkish nation in danger, nor did we allow it to be put in danger."

Stating that the world is going through a period of uncertainty and the region is experiencing conflicts, Bahçeli described his party's goal with the words, "to keep the state alive, to keep the nation alive in unity and peace, and to integrate the Turkish world."

In his message, Bahçeli said that the vision of a "Terror-Free Turkey," which is also on the agenda of the People's Alliance, should not be seen merely as a security issue. He stated that this approach has "historical importance" in terms of strengthening brotherhood, reinforcing national unity and solidarity, and directing resources toward development.

Taking our thousand-year brotherhood as a reference, we will protect our national unity and stance, and we will preserve the unshakable unity and integrity of the Republic of Turkey, with its land and nation, for generations to come.

Arguing that they act not with electoral calculations but with "love for the homeland," Bahçeli stated that they are thinking not of the next elections, but of future generations. Bahçeli said that MHP cadres will continue their uncompromising stance regarding national survival, social peace, and the vitality of the state.
