MHP's 100th Anniversary video features Mercedes and Türkeş: Bahçeli is at the wheel

The Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Republic with a video shared on the social media platform X, captioned "He Founded the Republic, We Will Protect It..."

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye, a video was shared on the social media accounts of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) with the caption "He Founded the Republic, We Will Protect It...".

The video, which begins with MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, known for his interest in classic cars, driving a classic Mercedes, also includes footage of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. 

The video, which features Bahçeli's visit to the grave of MHP's founding leader Alparslan Türkeş and moments of him distributing carnations at a rally, uses the "Selanik Türküsü" (Thessaloniki Folk Song) as background music.
