MHP Deputy Chairman İzzet Ulvi Yönter shared a message regarding Sedat Peker, who is currently in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and is subject to an arrest warrant on charges of leading a criminal organization.
Yönter shared a news report on his social media account stating, "Peker provided 1 million 800 thousand TL in aid for the stem cell treatment and subsequent care expenses of special operations police officer Ömer Korkmaz, who retired after becoming paralyzed," and added the comment, "May God be pleased with you... I wish our Special Operations Police officer a speedy recovery..."
Sedat Peker, who remains under digital isolation in the UAE, also retweeted Yönter's message.
