In his statement, Yıldız said that the process became state policy through the will of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, noted the contributions of Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş, and thanked the members of the National Solidarity, Fraternity, and Democracy Commission as well as the deputies who contributed with their criticisms during the discussions.
Yıldız stated that they expect the proposal to be accepted by a "qualified majority" in the TBMM.

"Today is a historic day.
655 days have passed since our leader Mr. Devlet Bahçeli's
historic call made on October 22, 2024.
During this period, thank God, not even one of our soldiers' noses has bled, and no new fires have fallen into homes.
This truth cannot be measured by any material value in the world.
The Process for a Turkey Without Terrorism
has become a state policy through the will of our President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan,
and our Parliament Speaker Mr. Numan Kurtulmuş has provided valuable contributions and put in great effort.
All members of the National Solidarity, Fraternity, and Democracy Commission have worked selflessly. We thank them all individually.
We thank all the deputies who contributed with their criticisms during the discussion of the bill individually.
We hope that the Law on Strengthening National Solidarity and Social Integration, which we expect to be accepted by a qualified majority in the TBMM, will bring goodness to our country and our nation."
