Koca stated the following, noting that the deadline is January 17:
"Our Ministry provides bedridden patients the opportunity to vote via mobile ballot boxes. To do this, first, it must be checked via E-Devlet or at http://ysk.gov.tr whether individuals who are bedridden due to illness or disability are registered voters. If the bedridden person is a voter, a Mobile Ballot Box Request Form, which can be found at http://ysk.gov.tr or obtained from District Election Boards, must be acquired. Along with this form, the form must be submitted to the District Election Board or to the local headman (muhtar) to be forwarded to the District Election Board, accompanied by a medical report stating that the person is 'bedridden due to disability' or 'bedridden due to illness.' The deadline for these procedures is January 17."
