As the local elections approach, journalist Levent Gültekin has put forward a striking claim regarding the Memleket Party, led by Muharrem İnce, and Yavuz Bingöl.
Broadcasting from his own YouTube channel, Gültekin shared the details, saying, "I am going to tell you something interesting. Those who hear it will be surprised."
REACTION TO MUHARREM İNCE
Evaluating the current agenda on his YouTube channel, journalist Levent Gültekin criticized Memleket Party Chairman Muharrem İnce with harsh words. Stating that İnce is constantly attacking the opposition, Gültekin said, "İnce says, 'You became a FETÖ supporter, you collaborated with the PKK. Even if the dollar hits 100 TL, this public will not vote for you.' Well, let them vote for you then. You take it, you are also the opposition. Why don't you turn around and say, 'I am the opposition, why can't I get 1 percent? If I can't get it, why am I still sitting in this seat?'"
MUCH-DISCUSSED YAVUZ BİNGÖL CLAIM
Gültekin also brought up a much-discussed claim regarding artist Yavuz Bingöl and the Memleket Party. Gültekin spoke about what happened to his friend, who was a candidate nominee for the CHP in an Istanbul district. According to Gültekin's claim, the person who called his friend was singer Yavuz Bingöl. Bingöl allegedly called the person who was a candidate nominee for the CHP and said, "We want to make you a candidate from the Memleket Party." Gültekin further stated that his same friend was also called by former CHP member Mehmet Sevigen, who told him that he should be a candidate from the Memleket Party.
While these statements by Levent Gültekin immediately became a topic of discussion, all eyes have turned to the Memleket Party and Yavuz Bingöl. No statement has been made yet regarding the allegations.
