In the initial statement made by the MHP, it was stated that Bahçeli was resting in his office and would return to his daily life shortly. His aides have also made positive statements regarding Bahçeli's health, expressing that his condition is good.

However, journalist Sabahattin Önkibar, in a live broadcast on his YouTube channel, made a different claim regarding Bahçeli's health, stating: "Devlet Bahçeli is 78 years old, has undergone three heart surgeries, broke his hip, and cannot walk. He cannot provide audio, photos, or video. However, he is not considering withdrawing from politics."

The most notable detail among the claims regarding Devlet Bahçeli's health is that he has not appeared on camera for 7 weeks. Although Bahçeli has remained in communication through social media posts and phone calls with politicians, he has not shared any audio, photos, or video footage. This situation has sparked further curiosity regarding Bahçeli's health status.

WILL HE ATTEND THE GROUP MEETING?

In Bahçeli's absence, MHP group meetings scheduled for February 4, 11, 18, and 25, as well as March 4, 11, and 18, were canceled. In a statement made by the MHP on February 19, it was announced that Bahçeli had returned to Ankara and would begin working shortly after his recovery period.
