Lawyers for Beylikdüzü Mayor Murat Çalık, who was among those detained during the operation conducted against the İBB on March 19 and subsequently arrested on March 23, along with Ekrem İmamoğlu and Resul Emrah Şahan, have filed an application for the termination of his detention.
Yesterday, Ekrem İmamoğlu's lawyers also requested his release, stating that there is no "suspicion of flight," which was cited as the justification for his detention.
