ORC Research shares results of poll in 5 cities: CHP loses its stronghold to AKP!

Most recently, ORC Research Company published the results of the public opinion survey it conducted in 5 cities. The poll gauged the pulse of voters in Edirne, Kars, Elazığ, Denizli, and Çanakkale.
CHP FALLS TO THIRD PLACE IN EDİRNE
According to the results, the Edirne Municipality, currently held by the CHP, is shifting to the AKP.
While AKP candidate Belgin İba is in first place with 30.3 percent, CHP's Gencan Akın is in third place in the race with 23.7 percent. The second choice in Edirne was the İYİ Party candidate Hamdi Sedefçi with 28.0 percent.
İYİ PARTY AHEAD IN KARS
According to the response received by the company, which asked voters living in the city of Kars, "Which candidate will you vote for in the mayoral election?", the İYİ Party candidate Metin Özad is in first place with 23.8 percent, the DEM Party candidate Savaş Dermen is in second with 21.5 percent, the MHP candidate Ötüken Sener is in third with 19.1 percent, and the CHP candidate Dindar Gültekin is in fourth place with 15.1 percent.
ŞERİFOĞULLARI AT 36.1 PERCENT IN ELAZIĞ
According to the responses received from the public by the company, which also conducted a survey in Elazığ, AKP's Şahin Şerifoğulları is in first place with 36.1 percent, while CHP's Çağlar Duran remained in second place with 24.6 percent. CHP NARROWLY AHEAD IN DENİZLİ
According to the results, the CHP appears to be narrowly ahead in Denizli. While the CHP candidate Nuri Çavuşoğlu is in first place with 40.2 percent, the AKP candidate Osman Zolan follows in second place with 38.2 percent. 9.8 percent are still undecided. 5.3 percent say İYİ Party, 1.8 percent say Yeniden Refah, and 1.5 percent say DEM Party. 1.6 percent prefer other parties.
RACE IN ÇANAKKALE IS BETWEEN İYİ PARTY AND CHP
In Çanakkale, where the CHP nominated MP Muharrem Erkek, 34.2 percent of the preference is for the İYİ Party candidate Burak Kunt. While Muharrem Erkek remained in second place with 33.1 percent, the AKP candidate Jülide Askeroğlu is at 21.7 percent. While there appears to be a 1-point difference between the İYİ Party and the CHP, the rate of undecided voters is 8.0 percent. 3.0 percent prefer other parties.
