Scandalous trustee claim from Ortahisar Mayor: AKP members requested a trustee

Speaking at the Trabzonspor Ordinary Elective General Assembly, Ortahisar Mayor Ahmet Kaya brought a claim that has shaken the agenda to the forefront. Kaya alleged that some AKP politicians said, "It would be great if a trustee were appointed" for the Ortahisar Municipality.

'A TRUSTEE WAS DISCUSSED AT THE AIRPORT'

Ahmet Kaya shared his claims, which have created a stir in Trabzon, during a live broadcast on Haber61. Kaya stated that according to information provided to him by an AKP member, some AKP politicians discussed the appointment of a trustee for the Ortahisar Municipality in the presence of a Minister who had arrived in Trabzon. Kaya emphasized that these conversations particularly angered him.

SHARP REACTION FROM KAYA

Stating that he felt great anger when he heard expressions such as "Will a trustee be appointed to Ortahisar? It would be great if one were appointed, it will be appointed soon," Kaya said, "I was very angry when I heard this. They shamelessly said that the will of the people should be taken away from them."

'A CONSCIENTIOUS AKP MEMBER CONVEYED IT TO US'

Kaya stated that the source of the claims was an AKP member who conveyed to him the conversation he heard at the airport. "These are the most prominent names of the ruling party. When I hear this kind of approach, I really get upset. State administration is not conducted this way," said Kaya, adding, "Everyone should come to their senses."

Ahmet Kaya also made harsh criticisms regarding the AKP's efforts to create unrest in Trabzon and noted the following:

"There is such a tendency to prevent work in every field. It is not right to act as if the state is their father's property. The state cannot be governed this way, and one cannot remain in power," he said, expressing his reaction.
