YENİ Party Chairman Özgür Özel attended his party's Gaziemir District Presidency primary elections. Making statements there, Özel provided information regarding the party's current membership count.
Özel stated that the YENİ Party's membership count has reached 723 thousand as of today, and regarding organizational efforts, he said, "We have organized in all 81 provinces, and our organization in 870 districts is complete."
In his speech, which also included a message of political struggle, Özel used the following expressions: "No matter what those against us do, no matter what conspiracies they resort to, we have not recognized and will not recognize any power above the nation. The era of the old, the worn-out, and the aged has been left behind. The new politics is marching toward power."
