Addressing citizens from the party bus during the candidate introduction and Public Meeting program organized by his party's Uşak Provincial Presidency on İsmet Paşa Street, Özel stated that Uşak has always supported him and his party.

Stating that he came to find remedies for Uşak's troubles and to solve its problems, Özel expressed that his party's Uşak Mayoral candidate, Özkan Yalım, is well-acquainted with the city's issues.

HE EXPLAINED WHO IS IN THE 'TURKEY ALLIANCE'

Noting that the People's Alliance (Cumhur İttifakı) won the elections held last year, Özel said that a strong alliance at the local level is needed to balance the power of that alliance in the local elections, and that the name of that alliance is the "Turkey Alliance."

Inviting everyone to the Turkey Alliance, Özel said, "Of course, there are social democrats in the Turkey Alliance, but we are not alone. There are nationalist democrats in the Turkey Alliance. There are good people who have the sun on their lapels and the sun shining in their eyes."

Requesting support from the voters of all their partners who were on CHP lists in previous elections and with whom they formed alliances, Özel stated, "We have a principle. Old friends do not become enemies. We do not speak ill today of those we were with yesterday. We do not declare our former alliance partners traitors."

Noting that the Turkey Alliance will not stray from kind words, Özel stated that those who rejoice when the national team scores a goal or when the Sultans of the Net become champions are in the Turkey Alliance.

Explaining that if Özkan Yalım is elected, Uşak and Ankara will become sister municipalities, Özel added that after the March 31 elections, all CHP municipalities will treat everyone equally and will open their doors wide to everyone.
