Özgür Özel did not leave Nehir Zeyrek alone today either

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel took Nehir Zeyrek, the daughter of Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ferdi Zeyrek—who lost his life after being electrocuted—to the school where she would take the AYT, the second session of the Higher Education Institutions Examination.

In a previous statement, Özel had mentioned that he promised Nehir he would be by her side in her father's absence. Özel had stated, "We are setting off for Manisa. Ferdi's daughter Nehir has a university exam. From the very first moment, she was asking, 'Who will take me to the exam?' I said, 'I will come with you in your father's place.' We will take our Nehir to the exam."
