Özgür Özel's 'Behzat Ç.' warning to Etimesgut citizens: 'A cop from the cradle...'

Republican People's Party (CHP) Chairman Özgür Özel spoke in Ankara's Etimesgut district.

Stating that he wants the whole country to talk about the 'Ankara record' on March 31, Özgür Özel said, "We will break a record in Ankara. I am heralding a great victory for you. I have brought you greetings from Mansur Yavaş, the captain of the record-breaking team in Ankara."

"HE HAS THE CHP BEHIND HIM"

Arguing that every segment of society trusts Erdal Beşikçioğlu, Özel said, "Of course, he is an artist and a very good manager. Everyone who knows his ability to build a team, form a staff, and motivate that team says, 'If Erdal Bey has a better side than his acting, it is his management.' Erdal Bey has a very young organization, and he has the CHP behind him."

"ERDAL BEY IS A COP FROM THE CRADLE"

Recalling his statement during his previous visit to Etimesgut regarding Beşikçioğlu's candidacy, Özgür Özel used the expressions, "I said it is a sign of the love we have for the heroic Turkish police. We chat with the protection police while changing provinces. They all say thank you for our Commissioner Behzat. We conducted a survey recently, I said it's very good. Erdal Bey is a cop from the cradle."

"EXPLAIN BEŞİKÇİOĞLU"

Özgür Özel asked those attending the rally to explain the name Beşikçioğlu to those who know Erdal Beşikçioğlu as 'Behzat Ç.' Stating that Erdal Beşikçioğlu has a vision, Özel said that thanks to Beşikçioğlu, Etimesgut will become a capital of culture.

Özgür Özel, who wants everyone to go door-to-door for 26 days and fight against the black propaganda carried out against their own candidates, stated that the Anadolu Agency is censoring them.

HE CRITICIZED TRT

Özgür Özel stated that CHP members should not react to reporters and press workers of pro-government channels, and that the real culprits are the managers.

Reminding that TRT allocates hours to the candidates of the People's Alliance but gives no space to their own candidates, Özel said that his own speeches have only been broadcast for 42 minutes since January 1.

He said that retirement pensions are quite low and that only 6 kilos of ground meat can be bought with the bonus given. Özel said, "We will seek our rights together." Özel asked the retirees, "Is there a vote on March 31 for those who cannot find resources for you but find them for the 'gang of five,' and for those who have a thousand-room palace built?"

Reminding that Etimesgut Mayor Enver Demirel asked for votes for the CHP in Çankaya and for the MHP in Etimesgut in the 2014 elections, Özel said that Enver Demirel has now entered the same alliance as those who are enemies of Atatürk.

"THEY ARE CARRYING WATER TO HÜDAPAR'S BOAT"

Özel continued his statements as follows:

"At that time, they had received votes so that they would not go to those against Atatürk; now they are arm-in-arm with the AKP, HÜDAPAR, Hezbollah, and those who say 'We will take ownership of women.' They are carrying water to HÜDAPAR's boat. In this election, all CHP members will come to their senses. Let there not be a single Kemalist who does not go to the ballot box. We will finish this business together on March 31."
