Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş speaks on the first four articles of the Constitution: 'An unnecessary waste of time'

Parliament Speaker Kurtulmuş spoke regarding the debates on the first 4 articles of the Constitution. Kurtulmuş stated, 'Insistently bringing this to the agenda is an unnecessary waste of time. Since 1920, the guardian of this homeland has been the Turkish nation and the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) which it has authorized.'
