In the election held by the Syrian Turkmens, Abdurrahman Mustafa became the new president of the Syrian Turkmen Assembly. Following Mustafa's assumption of office, it was announced that Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli called him to convey his congratulations.
Sharing a post on social media, Abdurrahman Mustafa stated, "The heart of the Turkic world, the Wise Leader of the Turkic World, Mr. Devlet Bahçeli, called me on the phone just now to congratulate me on my election as president. We thank our Wise Leader, whose support we always feel by our side. May God not let us be without him."
