Phone call of 'congratulations' after Gürsel Tekin's appointment as trustee: 'They called me'

Gürsel Tekin shared his experiences following his appointment as a trustee to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Presidency in statements he made to Habertürk.
Stating that he did not call the mayors and district chairs, Tekin said, "On the contrary, they called me to say 'congratulations.' However, I will not disclose who called."
Expressing that the fixtures and the treasury needed to be handed over as soon as he took office, Tekin said, "While saying one day, five days, seven days, we needed to make meeting decisions.
However, we could not get the ledgers and applied to the election board," he said.
Upon the headquarters stating that it had moved from Sarıyer to Bahçelievler, the building became the property of the call committee.
Tekin stated that after their application to the district election board, they were able to obtain the decision ledgers once the necessary documents were transferred.
Stating that applications made to obtain the information of delegates and administrators were directed to the headquarters, Tekin said, "Actually, I could have obtained this information.
The building currently belongs to the call committee and is a building for all of us. Our chairman and our administrators can use the building comfortably," he stated.
