The meeting between President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli began at 16:32. The two leaders met at Devlet Bahçeli's residence. Bahçeli welcomed Erdoğan at the door.
The previous meeting between the two figures took place on November 14, 2024, at Beştepe. That meeting was the first between the two leaders following Devlet Bahçeli's 'Öcalan call' made in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).
It is expected that the visits of the DEM Party's İmralı delegation will be on the agenda during the meeting.
