The Constitutional Court (AYM) has reached a final verdict in the cases filed by the Office of the Supreme Court Chief Public Prosecutor regarding the Değişim ve Demokrasi Partisi (Change and Democracy Party), Yeni Dünya Partisi (New World Party), and Yeniden Birlik Partisi (Reunion Party).

The Constitutional Court ruled that the Yeni Dünya Partisi failed to hold its grand congress twice in a row within the required timeframe, and that the Yeniden Birlik Partisi and Değişim ve Demokrasi Partisi "failed to hold their first grand congress within the required timeframe and failed to form their mandatory bodies," thereby ruling for a "state of automatic dissolution" and the subsequent termination of their legal existence.

The Constitutional Court's decisions regarding the 3 parties have been published in the Official Gazette and have entered into force.
