Reactions from AKP members continue following AKP İzmir MP Şebnem Bursalı's social media post of a lobster she ate at the Monaco Yacht Club. AKP Hatay MP Abdulkadir Özel described Bursalı's post as "tasteless and disconnected from the public."

AKP İzmir MP and member of the Digital Media Commission Şebnem Bursalı had shared a photo of a lobster she ate at the Monaco Yacht Club with her followers on her social media account.

Following this post, reactions from within the AKP continue to come against Bursalı.

Most recently, AKP Hatay MP Abdulkadir Özel criticized Bursalı's post on his X account with the following words:

"Both disconnected from the public and the streets, and tasteless enough to share what they eat and where they travel…

Those who divide the tasteless and disconnected into “our people” and “your people” have always been embarrassed. Before long, the messes made by “your people” will also come to light, and you will be embarrassed."
