Release for Saraçhane protesters! 14 youths set free
A release decision was issued for 14 of the youths who were detained during protests held in support of Ekrem İmamoğlu in Saraçhane and subsequently arrested on charges of "insulting the President." The youths were released after 68 days of detention.

A total of 16 youths, 14 of whom had been in custody for 68 days due to protest actions that began following the operation on March 19 and the cancellation of the diploma of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor and CHP Presidential Candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu, appeared before a judge in Silivri.
The hearing for the trial conducted by the Istanbul 40th Criminal Court of First Instance was held in courtroom number 2 of the Marmara Prison.

The court issued a release decision for the 14 youths who had been held in prison for 70 days.
