In a post on his social media account for report card day, Ekrem İmamoğlu specifically addressed children whose mothers or fathers are in prison.
IMM Mayor İmamoğlu said, "Today was report card day; first and foremost, I congratulate all the beautiful children of my country, especially those who cannot share the joy of their report cards with their families because their mothers or fathers are in prison.
