Selvi claims 'zigzag politics': 'Meral Akşener will make a decision that will determine their own political fate'

Hürriyet columnist Abdulkadir Selvi, in his column today, pointed to the GİK meeting where the İYİ Party's cooperation with the CHP will be voted on, and made assessments regarding the party and İYİ Party leader Meral Akşener.

Selvi noted the following in his column:

"Here, of course, Akşener's stance will be decisive. If Akşener makes an effort to change the decision, the door could be left ajar. Otherwise, the alliance proposal will be shelved. Therefore, it is necessary to wait for the result of the İYİ Party GİK meeting.

The İYİ Party's decision will be influential regarding the fate of the local elections. But in reality, Meral Akşener, whose credibility has been severely eroded due to the İYİ Party and its zigzags, will make a decision that will determine their own political fate.

Looking at recent events, when it comes to the İYİ Party, one needs to think once. But when it comes to Meral Akşener, one needs to think twice."
