İbrahim Özkan, Deputy Chairman of the İYİ Party Group in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Council, had criticized the İYİ Party's decision to enter the elections with its own candidates rather than in an alliance, and subsequently resigned following the reactions from his party.
While the decision to resign continues to remain on the agenda, statements regarding Özkan continue to be made by his former party. While it is being said that an operation is being carried out against the İYİ Party in the context of İbrahim Özkan's resignation, a new statement has come from Özkan.
Stating that he speaks the truth, İbrahim Özkan noted that he also demonstrates this through his body language. Here is İbrahim Özkan's new statement:
