CHP Chairman Özgür Özel and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor and CHP candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu have called for him to "withdraw from the candidacy," and now a new statement has come from the camp of independent Sarıyer candidate Şükrü Genç.
Speaking to 12punto, Şükrü Genç's press advisor Cengiz Kahraman said, "We are not withdrawing. No one should pay attention to the rumors. We are at our post. We will be at the ballot boxes. We are winning."
