Statement on poll results from TKP Kadıköy candidate Maçoğlu
Fatih Mehmet Maçoğlu, the Communist Party of Turkey's (TKP) mayoral candidate for Kadıköy in the upcoming local elections in March, made a statement regarding the poll results he has in his possession during a program he attended. Maçoğlu also made a prediction regarding the results in Tunceli.

TKP Kadıköy Mayoral Candidate Fatih Mehmet Maçoğlu shared the latest poll results on the program "Taksim Meydanı" with Gürkan Hacır on tv100.
Maçoğlu answered questions directed at him regarding his expectations for the elections to be held on March 31 and the poll results he has in his possession.
"I AM RECEIVING OVER 30 PERCENT OF THE VOTE"
Stating that there is a one-to-two point difference between himself and the CHP candidate in Kadıköy, Maçoğlu said, "I am receiving over 30 percent of the vote."
Maçoğlu also made a prediction for the March 31 Local Elections in Tunceli. Maçoğlu stated that the AKP's vote share in Kadıköy was between 16 and 19 percent, but that this has recently fallen to 13-14 percent.
He claimed that these votes were shifting to them.
Maçoğlu expressed that the socialist alliance would win the Tunceli Municipality.

(Why did you leave Tunceli and come to Kadıköy?) We live in this country; this country has 922 districts, 81 provinces, 386 towns, and 1389 municipalities.
As socialists, we have programs regarding rural areas, cities, and major metropolitan areas, and we believe we can govern them.
Polls were conducted, and after the polls, the highest level of acceptance was found in Kadıköy, followed by Bakırköy. A 65 percent acceptance rate emerged.
‘THERE IS A 1-2 POINT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN US AND THE CHP IN KADIKÖY’
Regarding the poll results concerning the vote shares in Kadıköy, Maçoğlu said, "Currently, our and the CHP's vote potential is above 30 percent; there is a 1-2 point difference between us and the CHP."
