According to this, when Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya began his presentation, former minister Süleyman Soylu left the hall. Soylu returned to the hall after the presentation ended.

"It appears that Yerlikaya, who met with MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli upon Erdoğan's instructions, has dispelled doubts about himself and accepted the boundaries drawn.
