Surprise meeting between Destici and Erdoğan at the Palace

President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will hold a surprise meeting with Great Unity Party (BBP) leader Mustafa Destici at the Palace at 18:30.

Destici had most recently claimed that his social media post stating 'We can accept autonomy' was a 'fake tweet image'. Subsequently, it was revealed in archives that the post in question had indeed been made and was deleted after some time.

It is estimated that the meeting may concern cooperation regarding the local elections.
