Surprising development in MHP: Critical name's signature missing from framework law!
It has been reported that the signature of MHP İstanbul Deputy İzzet Ulvi Yönter is missing from the proposal submitted to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) with the signatures of 360 deputies.

The proposal titled "Strengthening National Solidarity and Social Integration," prepared by the government as part of the "Terror-Free Turkey" process, has been submitted to the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey with the signatures of 360 deputies.
It was reported that the proposal is planned to be discussed in the committee on Friday, August 7, and in the General Assembly on Sunday, August 9, in the 592-seat Parliament.
While it was stated that the proposal was brought to Parliament with the support of the AKP and MHP, it emerged that the name of MHP İstanbul Deputy İzzet Ulvi Yönter was not on the signature list. Journalist Nergis Demirkaya announced in a post on her social media account that Yönter's signature was not on the proposal.
SIGNATURES FROM DIFFERENT PARTIES ON THE PROPOSAL
According to information from sources, in addition to the AKP, which has 277 deputies, and the MHP, which has 46, the proposal was also signed by CHP group deputy chairmen, DEM Party co-chairmen, group deputy chairmen, and the deputy speaker of the TBMM.
It was stated that HÜDA PAR, two New Way (Yeni Yol) deputies, Democratic Regions Party deputies, and some independent deputies were also among the signatories of the proposal. While it was announced that the New Party (Yeni Parti) would make a decision after reviewing the proposal, the IYI Party's motion for a general debate on the matter was rejected in the TBMM General Assembly.
İzzet Ulvi Yönter had announced in a statement on his social media account on March 27 that he had resigned from his position as MHP Deputy Chairman. In his statement, Yönter said, "I am resigning from my position as MHP Deputy Chairman due to necessity. I submit this to the information of the public."
MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, in his assessment at the time, stated that Yönter had "requested permission" to focus more on his academic work, and noted that there was no resentment behind the resignation decision.
