The Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) has announced the 4 names it will send to the National Unity and Solidarity Commission to be established in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. The MHP's representatives participating in the commission will include Deputy Chairman Feti Yıldız, Constitutional Commission Member Muhammet Levent Bülbül, Justice Commission Member Halil Öztürk, and Justice Commission Member Yücel Bulut.

MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli stated that the commission offers an important opportunity for Turkey's future, saying, "It is a golden opportunity for our country that every party participates in the 51-member National Unity and Solidarity Commission to be established in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, shares its words and views in the presence of history and the nation, and that discussions are held with common sense within democratic boundaries."

MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli made a written statement. Bahçeli's statements are as follows:

"The Republic of Turkey has taken its place on the stage of history as a result of a tremendous intellect, a driving morality, an exquisite patience, and a magnificent and vigilant struggle kneaded with faith and will."

The independence of the Turkish nation was won by paying very heavy prices, covering every inch of the homeland with the blood of martyrs, and through many examples of self-sacrifice and devotion.

Just as it was yesterday, today and tomorrow, the preservation and defense of our rights to independence and future will be seen as a matter of honor and dignity for national hearts beating in unison, and no talk of concession or surrender will be allowed in any way.

Our Turkey will add strength to its power in the new century of the Republic by establishing and ensuring peace and brotherhood in every field, and will outpace equivalent and dominant countries.

Especially with the complete and full realization of a 'Terror-Free Turkey' by erasing all traces of ethnic and sectarian-based separatism, the birth of a state that plays for leadership in the league of civilizations on the tripod of social development, national integration, and economic growth, and that stands out and surges ahead among countries, will take place before the eyes of humanity.

Praise be, the existence of our country is eternal, and its dignity and situation are effective.

The capital, Ankara, is not merely our administrative center.

It is also our strategic axis born from the reality of Anatolian geopolitics.

It is also the political headquarters of a state and administrative wisdom that draws from and learns lessons from the depths of history.

Furthermore, its existence and continuity will be the guarantee and continuation of both our present day and our sacred ideals.

Today's realities do not allow for the possibility of solving the problems we are exposed to and facing by looking from other capitals.

Undoubtedly, it is mandatory to look at every point on earth from Ankara.

Defending interpretations and approaches made under the influence of other capitals or centers will create an excuse for the global traps that are intended to be set.

The security of Ankara and Turkey is of the highest sensitivity.

With its current weight and potential, Turkey is a source of security for the oppressed who are struggling and crying out to hold onto life in their region, and it is the safest shelter for them to take refuge in when needed.

Turkey's existence is a hope and a horizon for those in difficulty across a vast geographical and geopolitical axis.

The suffering of our brothers and sisters living in Kirkuk, Gaza, Urumqi, Jerusalem, Tabriz, Arakan, Tripoli, Damascus, and many other cities in our heartland—which hold important and exceptional places in our memories—is felt incessantly in our national hearts.

In Gaza, which is kept under a barbaric blockade, children in particular are dying of hunger and thirst.

Zionist brutality, which tramples on human values and is incompatible with any book or faith, has dug a pit of oppression and cruelty in the Gaza Strip and has thrown whoever it found into it.

The United Nations' statement that Gazans writhing in hunger are beginning to 'resemble walking corpses' is, in the literal sense, hypocrisy wallowing in misery.

In this context, since there is no meaning in being a member country of the United Nations Organization, which watches these bleeding humanitarian and international problems in an ineffective, helpless, and idle state, the relationship and contact with this organization should be reviewed from scratch.

It is a terrible exhaustion for an international organization that bears moral and legal responsibility to busy itself only with assessing the situation of millions who are victims of mass hunger and violence.

The imprisonment of our Gazan brothers and sisters—who are in search of a drop of water, a slice of bread, and enough dignity and freedom to breathe—in absence, poverty, and extinction is the terrifying tragedy and systematic massacre typology of the age we live in.

The terrorist state of Israel's obstruction of food and water reaching Gaza is an unprecedented bloodthirstiness.

It is an inevitable humanitarian necessity for Turkey—which is the main base for regional and global peace talks and has demonstrated success in bringing warring or conflicting parties to the negotiation and consensus table—to play a leading role in the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza through its active, agile, enterprising, and multi-dimensional diplomacy channels.

NETANYAHU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE

The silence of Islamic and Arab countries in the face of the cries and screams of Gazan children, or at the very least their significant delay in taking action, is unfortunately a shameful insincerity.

It is clear and evident that Israel is preparing its own end.

It is another fact that Israel, which has attacked 5 countries in the past 20 months, remains in a constant state of alarm, and has completely stripped itself of humanitarian, legal, and conscientious values, has reached a limit that is impossible to tolerate both in our region and within the global system.

I believe that the anti-war Israeli public will impose the heaviest price on the Israeli government, which has positioned itself in the middle of interventions that not only undermine Syria's political and territorial integrity but also disrupt its social and communal balance.

Netanyahu will pay for the blood he has shed drop by drop, and at the end of the curses he has brought upon himself, he will be remembered throughout his life as a disgraced genocidaire.

While these developments are taking place, France's announcement that it will recognize Palestine is a highly respectable decision.

Our wish is for these courageous, accurate, fair, and righteous decisions to spread like a wave, and for the genocide network of Israel to be isolated and excluded from the free world.

The fact that the YPG/PYD, disguised as the SDF in Syria, still does not comply with the March 10, 2025 agreement and continues its contacts and activities that threaten the security of both the Damascus administration and our country without pause is a historical mistake.

And this mistake must be corrected immediately, and the March 10 agreement must be strictly adhered to, as was brought to the agenda during the talks held in Paris.

The US administration, which is reeling from scandals erupting one after another, must abandon its 'run with the hare, hunt with the hounds' policy, end the covert advocacy for Israel it has been maintaining, and honestly support the liquidation of the YPG/PYD.

As we step by step approach the goal of a 'Terror-Free Turkey,' the YPG/PYD's dragging of its feet in the process and its search for ways to sabotage developments is an unacceptable act of depravity.

The 'Call for Peace and Democratic Society' made by the founding leadership of the PKK on February 27 is binding and valid for all components and structures of the organization.

The primary call that must be taken into consideration for the Nationalist Movement Party is the aforementioned Imralı call.

No one should fall under the illusion that they can make water flow uphill.

On one side our country, and on the other our region, will be cleansed of terrorism; unity, order, and brotherhood will take root in a peaceful atmosphere.

Turning back history is an expectation beyond imagination.

We no longer have a single moment to spend on terrorism.

4 MEMBERS TO THE COMMISSION

It is a golden opportunity for the future of our country that every party participates in the 51-member National Unity and Solidarity Commission to be established in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, shares its words and views in the presence of history and the nation, and that discussions are conducted with common sense within democratic boundaries.

The Nationalist Movement Party will participate in the aforementioned commission with 4 esteemed names, and these names are:

1- Our Deputy Chairman and Istanbul Deputy Mr. Feti Yıldız,

2- Our Sakarya Deputy and Constitutional Commission Member Mr. Muhammet Levent Bülbül,

3- Our Kırıkkale Deputy and Justice Commission Member Mr. Halil Öztürk,

4- Our Tokat Deputy and Justice Commission Member Mr. Yücel Bulut.

Indeed, the proverb that has gained widespread usage, 'The light of truth is born from the clash of ideas,' will find its realistic and necessary meaning.

The Republican People's Party's conditioning of its participation in the aforementioned commission and its constant resistance is essentially a product of the anxiety it feels regarding a 'Terror-Free Turkey'.

The reason those whose affairs are in disarray are muddying the waters with politics mixed with demagoguery and malice is their fear that their schemes will be shut down once terrorism is removed from our nation's agenda.

The sudden shift of vulgar politicians, who bluster in Ankara, to a gentle and compassionate demeanor upon visiting Diyarbakır is the product and sum of an unprincipled nature that defies definition, and of a turncoat mentality inherent to their political morality.

The attempt and endeavor by these purveyors of political chaos—whose entire lineage would be overwhelmed by even a fraction of the love for homeland and nation held by the Nationalist Movement Party and the People's Alliance—to open a page of exploitation through nationalism is nothing more than a grave defect of a shameful and immoral deviation.

I merely pity those nests of absurdity and negligence who think they can stop the Nationalist Movement Party with baseless accusations or intimidate it with malicious slanders; I refer them to the conscience of our noble nation, and I find it useful to remind everyone that they know best what betrayal and selling out mean, as they are masters in this regard.

It is indisputable that a stance that keeps emotions alive and serves national unity and peace will eventually see the manifestation of justice and the righteous, and that it will fight for this without pause.

No one can bear witness to another political formation that has experienced as much as the Nationalist Movement Party and the People's Alliance that the mortar of history is mixed with patience, reason, consciousness, and faith, and that the healthiest and most correct way to view life and events is without severing the link between heroism and reality.

In this context;

Our emotions and the facts;

What we wish to happen and what we are capable of doing;

It is necessary to reach a synthesis of interpretation that takes into account both our present and our dreams.

First and foremost, it must not be forgotten that we are obligated to do everything in our power for the rise, enrichment, and strengthening of our Turkey.

The Nationalist Movement Party believes in a Terror-Free Turkey with one voice, one breath, and one heart; at the same time, it adheres to the understanding of 'my country and my nation first' with a spirit of peace and brotherhood, without calculating political interests, without falling under the influence of the ego, and without paying heed to the provocations and suggestions of others.

I would like it to be known that our Provincial Presidents Meeting held yesterday was a dazzling symbol of this, and my fellow party members, who serve their cause and their country with loyalty, have once again dedicated themselves to the path of the Turkish nation and Turkey with their devoted hearts.

I am grateful to them all; I embrace them all with longing and affection, and I entrust them to Almighty God."
