The 'Başak Demirtaş' detail in the Istanbul poll! What are the vote shares of İmamoğlu and Kurum?
In the latest election poll conducted by HBS Research in Istanbul, it was observed that the incumbent Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Ekrem İmamoğlu, increased his votes, while the potential candidate of the DEM Party, Başak Demirtaş, saw a decline in her support.

As Turkey heads toward the local election atmosphere, Istanbul remains one of the cities where the critical elections are most closely watched.
HBS Research Company shared the results of its Istanbul poll, which was conducted with 2,120 voters in February.
İMAMOĞLU SLIGHTLY AHEAD
In the poll, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu ranked first with 44.3 points. The AKP's Istanbul candidate, Murat Kurum, trailed İmamoğlu with 43.1 points.
While the IYI Party's candidate, Buğra Kavuncu, remained at 3.1 points, the Zafer Party candidate, Azmi Karamahmutoğlu, received 2 points. The New Welfare Party (Yeniden Refah Partisi) candidate's score was 1.4.
DECLINE IN BAŞAK DEMİRTAŞ'S VOTE
The poll also included the DEM Party's Istanbul candidate.
It was observed that Başak Demirtaş, whose name has been mentioned as the party's Istanbul candidate, stood at 4.4 points.
In the poll conducted by HBS in January regarding the potential candidacy of Başak Demirtaş, her vote share had been measured at 5.6 percent.
İMAMOĞLU TAKES THE LEAD
In the January poll, Murat Kurum had been ahead of Ekrem İmamoğlu with 43.20 points.
İmamoğlu's score at that time was 42.10. According to the February poll results, it was observed that İmamoğlu has moved ahead of Murat Kurum.
