The first sign of the YENİ Party was hung on a container building in Antakya

The first district sign in the organizational efforts of the YENİ Party, founded under the leadership of Özgür Özel, was hung in the Antakya district of Hatay. The party sign was placed on a structure consisting of two containers in Hatay, one of the cities that experienced the heaviest destruction in the February 6 earthquakes.

The sign bears the phrase "YENİ Party Antakya District Presidency." The images showed that the party's preparations for establishment at the provincial and district levels have begun to reflect on the ground.

It had been stated that following the absolute nullity process regarding the 38th Ordinary Congress of the CHP, Özgür Özel and 90 deputies resigned from the party, and the YENİ Party was founded under Özel's leadership, positioning itself as the main opposition.

In his assessment regarding the organizational efforts, Özel stated that preparations for party buildings in different regions of Turkey are continuing.

Özel said, "Photos of district buildings, provincial buildings, and even town buildings rented from all over Turkey are coming in. Modest photos. For example, a photo of a district building made of two containers in Hatay is coming in. They are coming from the towns, news is coming in," he stated.

The sign hung on the container structure in Antakya was recorded as one of the first visible steps in the YENİ Party's local organization process.
