The riddle in the IMM indictment continues: 5 secret witnesses' testimonies are missing!

The massive 3,900-page indictment prepared against the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) continues to be a subject of debate in political and legal circles. The testimonies of the secret witnesses mentioned in the indictment are receiving intense criticism, particularly from the CHP side.
"5 SECRET WITNESS TESTIMONIES ARE MISSING"
CHP Aydın Deputy Bülent Tezcan made significant statements during a television program he attended.
Tezcan stated that the testimonies of 5 out of the 15 secret witnesses mentioned in the indictment are missing, listing the following names: Meşe, Kartal, Şahin, Ladin, and Maun. Tezcan said that questions have arisen as to why the testimonies of these secret witnesses were not included in the indictment.
WHY ARE SECRET WITNESS KARTAL'S TESTIMONIES MISSING?
Highlighting the situation of Secret Witness Kartal in particular, Tezcan said, "Something was done through secret witness Kartal, but it is not in the indictment. One of the suspects says that Kartal's accusations against him are lies. However, even though Kartal's testimonies are not in the indictment, accusations were made through Kartal."
CONTRADICTIONS REGARDING "MEŞE"
CHP Chairman Özgür Özel had also brought up the contradictions regarding the secret witness testimonies in the indictment. Özel stated that the testimony of the secret witness named Meşe was not in the indictment and that these statements were presented as if they belonged to a person named İlke.
Özel drew attention to these changes in the indictment, saying, "Meşe's statements were removed and İlke's name was written in their place. While İlke did not give a statement on March 31, it is now being claimed that she gave a statement on November 18. In other words, Meşe's statements were 'uploaded' to İlke."
NAMES OF THE SECRET WITNESSES IN THE INDICTMENT
The names of the secret witnesses in the indictment are listed as follows: Meşe, Doğan, İlke, Çınar, Rüzgar, Maun, Gürgen, Mimoza, Köknar, Sekoya, Zeytin, Martı, Kartal, Şahin, and Ladin. It is stated that not all of these witnesses' testimonies are included in the indictment, and that the testimonies of Meşe and Kartal, in particular, are missing.
