The statement indicated that the prosecutor had issued the necessary warning within the scope of the trial conducted against İmamoğlu.
In the statement from Ministry sources, it was noted that the warning was issued by the prosecutor to the defendant following remarks made after the prosecution left the courtroom during the hearing on April 6, 2026.
