TİP's İzmir candidates announced
The Workers' Party of Turkey (TİP) has announced its candidates for İzmir. Former DEVA Party district head Süleyman Şencan has become TİP's mayoral candidate for Kemalpaşa.

As the local elections approach, political parties continue to announce their candidates. The Workers' Party of Turkey (TİP) has announced the candidates with whom it will participate in the race in six districts in İzmir ahead of the March 31 elections.
The announced candidates are as follows:
Kemalpaşa: Süleyman Şencan
Urla: Aytekin Aktaş
Selçuk: Uğur Fırat
Güzelbahçe: Fikret Sapmaz
Seferihisar: Sevay Aker
Çiğli: Orhan Akıncı
