The Communist Party of Turkey (TKP) has called for a protest in Ankara to show support for the people of Venezuela following the intense air strikes carried out by the US against the country. The protest will take place today at 18:00 in Çukurambar, in front of the US Embassy.
WHAT HAPPENED?
US President Donald Trump announced that the attack on Venezuela had been successfully completed and stated that Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife had been captured and removed from the country. Trump noted that the operation was successful and that Maduro had been taken out of the country.
