Tough questions for Özlem Çerçioğlu! 'The truth will not remain hidden'

Former YARSAV president Ömer Faruk Eminağaoğlu has reacted to Aydın Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Özlem Çerçioğlu's move from the CHP to the AKP. Questioning Çerçioğlu's 23-year political career, Eminağaoğlu asked several significant questions. Eminağaoğlu stated that he is curious about how and by whom Çerçioğlu was brought into politics, how she managed to conduct politics within the CHP for 23 years, and why she resigned to join the AKP.

Eminağaoğlu posed the following questions to Çerçioğlu:

ÇERÇİOĞLU SHOULD EXPLAIN...

23 years ago, at the age of 34, due to what labor, experience, or struggle did she suddenly find herself as a CHP deputy, or who protected, looked after, and supported her so that she could sit in that seat, the importance and distinction of which she failed to grasp... 

How has she been able to sit in those seats, which no one could easily occupy, and conduct politics uninterrupted for 23 years, and have these conditions only disappeared after 23 years...

Why and how have the conditions for conducting politics within the CHP disappeared...

If the conditions for conducting politics within the CHP have disappeared, why did she not resign and remain independent...

Furthermore, upon resigning, why and for what reason did she join the ranks of the AKP...

While joining the ranks of the AKP, why did she take the seat with her without considering that it belongs not to her personally, but to the people who voted and to her Party...

Has she thought about where and in what state she will end up when those who supported her in the CHP yesterday and in the AKP today pull that seat out from under her...

Çerçioğlu should explain these things and resign immediately, returning the seat to its rightful owners...
