Transitions from CHP to YENİ Party continue

In Osmaniye, some provincial general assembly and municipal council members who resigned from the CHP announced that they will continue their political activities under the YENİ Party. Following the resignations, some members decided to continue their duties as independents.
It was reported that Osmaniye Provincial General Assembly Member Ahmet Kara, Osmaniye Provincial General Assembly Member and Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe (CLRAE) member Melek Beyza Temiz Saltıkalp, Provincial General Assembly Member Yusuf Eser, and Osmaniye Municipal Council Member Ceren Kaya have joined the YENİ Party.
Provincial General Assembly Member Turgay İnanduğçar, who serves in the Hasanbeyli district, also announced his resignation from the CHP and shared with the public that he will pursue politics within the ranks of the YENİ Party.
On the other hand, 7 municipal council members serving in the Düziçi Municipality also resigned from the CHP en masse. It was stated that these members will not join any party at this stage and will continue their duties as independents.
Osmaniye Municipal Council Member Kenan Mazı, who left the CHP, announced that he will not join any party and will continue his duty in the municipal council as an independent member.
