Trump claimed that this situation makes American pilots look bad.

In a statement on the Truth Social platform, Trump stated that Bertrand should be fired from CNN immediately.

Alleging that Bertrand is "trying to discredit Patriot pilots," Trump argued that this type of reporting damages CNN's reputation.

Using the phrase "She should be warned and then fired like a dog," Trump emphasized that the reporter should be dismissed.
