REGULATIONS ON THE TABLE
In the continuation of the meeting, party regulations prepared in connection with the changes made to the bylaws will be presented to the PM members for their consideration. In this context, new arrangements regarding party operations will be evaluated.
CRITICAL BYLAW ARTICLES ON THE AGENDA
The PM will also address amendments to certain bylaw articles that were the subject of notifications from the Supreme Court of Appeals Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Provisions regulating district and provincial executive boards, as well as regulations concerning overseas representations, congress calls, quorums, and agenda items, will be reviewed.
According to the provisions in the party bylaws, if the Prosecutor's Office review identifies articles that need to be changed for compliance with legislation, these regulations can be prepared by the PM and submitted to the approval of the first party convention.
“PARDON” APPLICATIONS TO BE EVALUATED
Another topic of the meeting will be the “pardon” requests from individuals previously expelled from the party. Within the framework of the authority granted by the bylaws, the PM will evaluate the relevant applications and make decisions.
In the process regarding the amnesty of disciplinary penalties, the opinions of the High Disciplinary Board as well as the relevant organizational units are taken into account. Applications are prepared by the Central Executive Board upon written request and submitted to the PM along with the disciplinary file. It is noted that decisions are made through a secret ballot method.
