As the local elections approach, political parties continue to announce their mayoral candidates.

Zafer Party Chairman Ümit Özdağ announced that his party's candidate for Istanbul is former Ülkü Ocakları President Azmi Karamahmutoğlu.

HE TARGETED İMAMOĞLU DURING THE CANDIDATE INTRODUCTION

Targeting CHP Chairman Özgür Özel and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, Zafer Party leader Özdağ used the following expressions;

"ÖZEL SHOULD CANCEL HIS NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE DEM PARTY, NOT HIS CANDIDATE INTRODUCTION MEETINGS"

“We will not cancel our candidate introduction meeting. Özgür Özel should cancel his negotiations with the DEM Party, not his candidate introduction meetings. The AKP has also canceled an introduction program. Another thing the AKP needs to cancel is the naming of a 12-kilometer boulevard in Diyarbakır after the major terrorist Sheikh Said by the trustee.

"İMAMOĞLU HAS HAD NO TIME TO DEAL WITH ISTANBUL BECAUSE OF HIS CO-CHAIRMANSHIP OF THE CHP..."

We will fight a great battle together to achieve victory in Istanbul. Istanbul is not actually condemned to choose between two mentalities that are not very different from each other. Both mentalities worked with the same contractors. Both mentalities defended the interests of the contractors, not Istanbul. Now, these two mentalities appear before the people of Istanbul as if they are something very different. To create a real difference, we say it is time for victory in Turkey and Istanbul. İmamoğlu has had no time to deal with Istanbul because of his co-chairmanship of the CHP.”
