Ümit Özdağ's response to Bahçeli on 'one Kurd, one Alevi': The goal of the PKK and DEM is 'Kurdistan'!

Zafer Party Chairman Ümit Özdağ made striking assessments regarding the recent statements of MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli during a press conference held at his party's headquarters. Questioning whether Bahçeli's proposal that "one of the vice presidents should be a Kurd and one should be an Alevi" was "a coincidence in terms of timing," Özdağ stated that the political intent behind this rhetoric should be discussed.

"Bahçeli is talking about a new understanding of identity. What will be the identity he seeks through a partnership with the DEM Party? Who will protect the rights of the Turk?" he said.

"DOES İBRAHİM KALIN BELIEVE IN A NATIONAL STATE?"

Ümit Özdağ also evaluated İbrahim Kalın's recent visits to political parties. Stating that these visits were conducted under the guise of "information sharing," Özdağ said, "Does İbrahim Kalın truly believe in a national state or not? We want to get an answer to this question."

"TURKEY IS UNDER MORE DANGER THAN EVER BEFORE"

The Zafer Party leader strongly opposed the alleged negotiations being conducted with the PKK and terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan. Arguing that this process has brought Turkey face-to-face with the danger of disintegration, Özdağ warned, "The goal of establishing a federal Kurdistan in Southeastern and Eastern Anatolia is being implemented step by step."
