AKP candidate swears at gendarmerie commander! Warned that 'we are live,' he replied, 'He deserved it'

Babaoğlan Altun, whom the AKP nominated as the mayoral candidate for the Hacıabdullah town of Niğde in the March 31, 2024 local elections, swore at the gendarmerie commander.

According to the report by İsmail Saymaz from Sözcü; Altun gathered the town residents in a venue and gave a speech.

Altun's speech was broadcast live on a social media application.

Babaoğlan Altun, who was standing up with a microphone in his hand, called the gendarmerie commander a "son of a b----" during his speech.

Upon the reaction of the meeting participants to this expression, Altun used the phrase, "He deserved it."
