CHP's Akdoğan criticizes instructions: 'You are not acting according to this constitution, but according to this phone'
In his speech, CHP's Akdoğan alleged that the Chairman of the Joint Commission established for the selection of HSK members receives instructions via phone, reacting with the words: You are not acting according to this constitution, but according to this phone. You receive instructions from above with this phone, and you give instructions to those above with this phone.

CHP Ankara Deputy Attorney Umut Akdoğan, in his speech regarding the worsening human rights violations in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), stated that the Chairman of the Joint Commission, composed of the Constitutional and Justice Commissions where candidates for HSK membership are determined, receives instructions via phone instead of complying with the constitution, and asserted that he is murdering the constitution.
"MEHMET ŞİMŞEK IS SEARCHING FOR RESOURCES ABROAD, WHILE DOMESTIC CAPITAL IS FLEEING ABROAD"
Umut Akdoğan began his speech by stating that Mehmet Şimşek is active in searching for resources abroad, and continued as follows:
“While on one hand Mehmet Şimşek is looking for money abroad, on the other hand, domestic capital is looking for a place for itself abroad. Now, looking for money outside without seeing the domestic capital's search for a place for itself abroad is, to put it mildly, rowing against the tide. What do I mean?
Vestel, one of Turkey's industrial giants, is laying off 2,000 of its workers and selling its assets. Where is it taking them? It is taking them to America. We are looking for money and capital from abroad, but our own capital is going abroad; why are we not aware of this?
Look, there is only one reason for this: the lawlessness in the country and the lack of trust in the law.”
