MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli leaves Parliament during DEM Party and CHP speeches
MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli stated that they would not follow the budget closing speeches of the DEM Party and CHP in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), saying, I am doing what the Constitutional Court should be doing.

While the final day of deliberations on the 2024 Central Government Budget Law Proposal was underway in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) General Assembly, MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli and MHP deputies left the hall when DEM Party spokespeople took the podium.
When asked by journalists about the matter in the lobby, Bahçeli said, "I will not follow the CHP either. My colleagues will not follow them either. I am doing today what the Constitutional Court should be doing."
