Fatih Mehmet Kocaispir was born in Kadirli in 1975.
Completing his education at Kadirli Imam-Hatip High School, Kocaispir graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1998. Having completed his master's degree in Management and Organization at Çukurova University Institute of Social Sciences, Kocaispir has been practicing as a self-employed lawyer registered with the Adana Bar Association since 2000.
He is married and a father of three children.
